General Network Access Conditions
Railway Transport on national or regional rail can be operated by natural person or corporate body registered in the company register meeting following conditions:
- Holder of a valid licence.
- Capacity is allocated.
- Holder of a valid Carrier (safety) Certification.
- There is an agreed price for use of infrastructure
- There is a concluded agreement on
- Operating Railway
- Has closed liability insurance for damage
- caused by operating rail transport and paid the insurance premium
- A proper operation of the Rail Transport
- is financially secured
