New deadline for annual timetable

RNE has been harmonising deadlines for the annual timetabling process. All dates are restricted to a single day, except for the deadline ‘final answers to customers’: Infrastructure Managers (IMs)/Allocation Bodies (ABs) have a period of two weeks in mid-August to apply this step.
The single-day deadlines are all respected by RNE members, but for the ‘final answers to customers’ deadline, there is currently a broad range between the first and last dates applied by IMs for sending final answers to path requests. RNE has now managed to fix the deadline ‘final answers to customers’ on one single day (19th Monday after deadline for path request). For the annual timetable 2011 the 23rd August 2010 will be the deadline.
